A refund on merchandise can be done within 7 days following the date of pickup and/or delivery; a restocking fee of up to 25% of the merchandise’s retail price may be deducted. No returns or refunds on special orders.
The merchandise must be unused, uninstalled and returned in its original condition and packaging (unopened) to be eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit for said merchandise.
In rare cases, an exception may be made, however a restocking fee of 35% of the merchandise’s retail price will be deducted for any accepted open box or damaged box return (at the discretion of management).
An exchange for a different product or in-store credit may be issued within 30 days following the date of pickup and/or delivery.
In-Store returns can be done Monday to Friday between 09:00-16:00. Return via pickup service is available Monday to Friday, however arrangements must be made 1 business day in advance. Pickup fees are always applicable and are at the expense of the customer, even if the items are to be credited or exchanged.
Proof of purchase is necessary.
All refunds will be issued the same method of payment as stated on the original purchase order (some exceptions may apply).
Currently, all refunds & exchanges can only be processed at our DDO location (88 Brunswick Blvd, H9B 2C5)
Golden Elite Deco Center will not be held responsible for any damage caused to a vehicle that a client has consented to let us load.
